How to buy a painting

Choose Shipping option at checkout which will prompt you to choose between free delivery and flat rate shipping options, then you will be prompted to checkout with payment details.

Taxes on artwork & duty /tariff charges to USA
Currently I charge no taxes on artwork. Artwork is duty free into the USA from Canada through customs under the USCMA trade agreement or (HTS). You will never be billed for duties or tariffs for original paintings or prints shipped from my studio to your home.
If you missed your delivery,
Don't worry, FedEx might make up 3 additional attempts to deliver your package or will text/call you to inform you that your shipment has arrived for a required signature release. For residential addresses it may be redirected to a nearby FedEx On-site location for signature release and customer pickup. FedEx will hold your package for up to 5 business days before it is returned to the studio.
Be refund eligible
Important notice* After your shipment is delivered, signed for & before you open the box/crate take two photos of the box one for each side and send them to my contact email ASAP to be eligible for any refund guarantee due to any possible damage incurred on transit.
Are you in a remote location?
Remote Location Shipping information (no surprises or risks policy)
*Remote shipping locations are defined as places far from populated areas, cities and/or highway access etc, and may be subject to an additional charge of $100 (Canadian) with your approval only.
*If you’re unsure if your location is remote simply contact my studio to inquire. (I will respond within 24 hours during business days.) Inquiries must include:
- Painting number and its size.
- Destination city, province or state and postal code. (I will respond within 24 hours during business days.)
*A remote delivery charge will never be added to your credit card at check out with a purchase. Remote shipping fees are sent on a separate invoice after you have been notified by email and consent to the additional remote shipping fee .
Remote shipping charges apply to all sizes of paintings shipped to designated remote locations. Prior to shipping I check each order and the delivery location. If I see that a location is designated by FEDEX or other delivery service as a remote location I will notify you immediately during business days, even after a purchase has been made. I will determine if the painting can shipped to your location and you shall be notified. If deemed it not possible or viable I will refund your purchase on the following business day. Likewise if I deem the shipment location viable to ship, you will be informed either way. You may then choose to proceed with your order or cancel and I will refund your paid purchase the following business day. Once a remote shipping fee is approved by you the buyer an invoice will be sent to you by email. Upon receiving payment only then will I proceed to ship to the buyer’s remote location via FED EX or other chosen carrier.
